Elizabeth's Vision accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a store credit (Elizabeth's Vision E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped.

All of the products on the website that are custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
